I offer private and semi-private (groups of 2 or 3) training sessions in swimming, cycling, running and sport specific strength. In person or remotely, I can teach you new skills or sharpen the ones you already have. We will work on safety, form and function in each session.
If you are currently training for an event on your own and need some direction - I will create a training calendar for you to follow so that you are prepared on race day.
I offer multiple month training for longer events with data collection and weekly check-in sessions.

Whether you are new to training or an experienced athlete you can benefit from timely and up-to-date training information. I offer Education Clinics so you can train smarter. Nutrition, Injury Prevention, Run/Walk Form, Habit Changing, Transition Tips & Tricks, and Race Readiness are a few of the clinics I provide. Most of the clinics coincide with group training cycles.
